I love Eric Clapton. Great guitarist. Coincidentally Layla is about Pattie Harrison(George Harrison's wife). And if you don't know who George Harrison is he was a Beatle and a good friend of Eric's. They had a band together, actually. The Travelling Wilburys. And even thought Layla is a good song, I like Eric's stuff with Cream. Like Sunshine Of Your Love, Crossroads and White Curtain.

Not quite a break through. I grew up listening to it and I recently came across a cd of his that my mom got a few months ago.
