| This is a CGI movie about a robot tasked with cleaning up an abandoned trash heap of a future earth. Pixar always makes the best animated movies around, but this may have set the bar higher than ever before. I haven't had a chance to see it yet, so I can't say from personal experience, but get this: WALL-E is now rated by viewers on IMDB as the #9 movie of all time less than one week after its release. It is rated along with the likes of classics such as Schindler's List, Pulp Fiction, and the Godfather. Often movies drop in rating somewhat after a few months, but this is still the highest any new movie has been rated since the third Lord of the Rings film (which has since dropped down to #14). | |

| this looks really good. besides the story line the creativity on a behind the scenes thing, it showed that they called in the sound guys from starwars to help with the sounds they needed for the movie. so just the level of difficulty is pretty amazing. | |
